Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We want you to get the best possible value when you shop with us. That's why when your purchases exceed $70, shipping is on us for all local delivery addresses in Australia. If you are remote, please contact us and we will do what we can to get the most affordable shipping solution for you.

Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.  If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@horseright.com.au and we can discuss what we can do to help you, including the return of the product for a full refund or exchange.

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.  If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, please contact us at info@horseright.com.au and we will use our discretion as to whether the purchase can be returned for a refund, partial refund, or exchange.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, pet food, supplements and additives, cannot be returned. 

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Event tickets
  • Tickets for competitions, prize draws & raffles

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@horseright.com.au.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at please contact us at info@horseright.com.au and we can arrange for the item to be collected or for delivery.

Shipping

To return your product, please contact us at info@horseright.com.au and we can arrange for the item to be delivered back into our store. 

In the instance that you have simply changed your mind, you may, at our discretion, be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. If you are required to pay the shipping costs we will advise you prior and request for your permission to proceed under this arrangement. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
